The above WFI system design is based on the following Water for Injection equipment:

  1. MMF (Multimedia filter)
  2. City water tank SS
  3. Cooling/heating Heat exchanger
  4. Optional Electrical heating elements if steam is not available.
  5. City water circulation pump – SS 316, resistant to Hot Water Sanitization
  6. ESR™ – reactors fully fabricated from SS316L
  7. SS 316 filter – one unit of 10 micron
  8. SS 316 filter – one unit of 3 micron
  9. HOD™ – UV lamp to reduce free chlorine from max 0.5 ppm to 0.05 ppm
  10. Hot water sanitized (HWS) single pass RO
  11. Liquicell CO2 degasser – Hot Water Sanitizable
  12. Hot water sanitized CEDI
  13. UF (Ultra Filtration) for WFI product
